We need you to help us grow and address the tremendous market interest in RPA + AI. The fastest-growing enterprise tech segment of robotic process automation may sound boring to some, but you are not one of them. You know the possibilities of automation are near endless.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive RPA sales engineer.

The ideal candidate is curious about digging in and solving problems across a variety of areas. And that is part of the fun of the job! Your job will be to explain and demonstrate to prospective customers how Aito works within any RPA platform they are using, and then making sure these customers get to value quickly.

You will have an essential role in making Aito the easiest and leading ML tool for RPA developers. Therefore you are already comfortable with RPA, and working with enterprise customers.

What will your tasks look like:

  • Represent the “tech of Aito” in the sales meetings and during customer onboarding.
  • Give demonstrations remotely via video and in person at sales meetings and conferences.
  • Nurture and expand our relationship with customers of various sizes and industries.
  • Support in identifying and prioritising sales channels to reach relevant leads. Start customer sales discussions and carry through them to customer success and support.
  • Train customers on how to use Aito on different RPA platforms. Find out the best practices on how to bring feedback from the customers and potential customers to product development.
  • Write tutorials of using Aito in different use cases and with several RPA platforms.
  • Engage with Aito users at our forum and in social media.
  • Know the market, and make the market known to the rest of the team.

Basic qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills: the person your current team turns to when they need someone to explain a technical concept.
  • Hands-on experience on RPA platforms, e.g. UiPath, Robot Framework, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere is needed. You have been doing RPA development work on some of these platforms.
  • Teacher: Comfortable explaining technical concepts to a wide range of users.
  • Good listener: Able to truly listen to users questions and adjust on-the-fly and problem solve, including being comfortable saying “I don’t know”.
  • Enthusiastic and extroverted when needed.
  • Enjoys taking the initiative and thinking out-of-the-box.
  • Experience in technical sales or technical support, particularly sales that are collaborative and collegial.
  • Eager to get the word out about Aito in different RPA channels and in social media.
  • Excellent English skills in written and verbal communications.

At this moment we can not provide working visas or pay for relocation. The ideal candidate needs to be able to work from Helsinki, Finland. We will also consider amazing candidates that are within 2h time difference from Helsinki and able to work remotely.

Recruitment process

We’ll start with interviews as the applications come in. We aim to keep the recruitment process short, yet as we are still small, we want our entire team to be able to chat with the candidates:

  • The first interview: over the video. Before diving deeper into your skills, we want to know who you are and what motivates you. This is also an opportunity for you to understand Aito better. We ask to do a short RPA related coding challenge during your own time which will be discussed in the next interview.

  • Second interview: you get to meet some of your future Aito colleagues. We love hearing about your career highlights, your past roles and learnings. We also deep dive in your coding exercise. We’re trying to get a solid understanding of your skills and ambitions. You will understand better how you would potentially fit into our team. By this point, we should be able to discuss the role in detail with the salary and other details.

  • Third interview: last check - you’ll meet more Aito people. We want to make sure there is a right match between your future colleagues and yourself. At this stage, we will also contact some of your references.
